Is Rivo casino legit and safe?

The register supports a licence listing for rivo.casino, but that alone cannot show that Rivo is safe or reliable: we did not test payments or game fairness, and the rivo1.casino mirror we could reach is not among the listed domains. The site's pages show no licence seal, number or company name: clause 1.1 of the terms defines the operator simply as "Rivo.casino", and clause 1.2 says only that "the Company is licensed". The licence and the operator

The link between Rivo and its licence comes from the register, not from Rivo. On 29 October 2026 the Anjouan Gaming public register listed rivo.casino on Exceptiosoft LTD's licence alongside 20 other casino domains. Casino Guru names Exceptiosoft LTD as owner and operator and gives 2026 as Rivo's establishment year; we did not verify the company's incorporation date.

Some of Rivo's documents still read as if written for another licence. Besides the Curaçao governing-law clause, the restricted-country list refers to jurisdictions where "the Central Government of Curaçao" deems online gambling illegal, and the responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion through a "Curacao eGaming self-exclusion form". The country lists also differ: clause 3.1.2 names Cyprus and Sweden, while the KYC policy and clause 3.4.4 omit them, and that omission does not establish eligibility. We could not establish whether these are leftovers from an earlier licence or shared template text, so check the current register entry rather than relying on the documents.

The terms also say balances are not covered by any banking-style insurance, cap the total liability at the value of the relevant bets or €500, whichever is lower, and allow cash as well as bonus funds to be confiscated under broadly worded bonus-abuse rules. These are the operator's stated terms, not a finding that every clause is enforceable.

Rivo Trustpilot reviews and complaints

We do not quote a Rivo Trustpilot rating in this review; the player feedback we found is the complaint record below.

Casino Guru's complaint centre lists one open complaint about Rivo, about a withdrawal that was delayed and cancelled, and Casino Guru found Rivo on no blacklists. Rivo complaints can start through live chat or email. The documents give seven calendar days after the gambling session for game-result disputes, one calendar month after the session for other issues such as payouts, and seven calendar days after the incident for escalating an unresolved chat complaint to [email protected]. The separate sportsbook rules set a shorter deadline: clause 2.19 says claims and disputes about bets will not be accepted more than three days after the bets are calculated, and the documents do not explain how that fits with the general procedure, so report a betting dispute immediately and keep the bet and settlement records. These deadlines are hard to reconcile with the response targets, so raise concerns promptly and keep written records. Rivo targets a resolution of live chat complaints within two weeks, with an update within eight weeks for complex cases, and aims to answer email complaints within 60 business days, a period it can extend. The terms also set 365 days after the gambling session, not after the internal complaint ends, for taking an unresolved dispute to independent dispute resolution, arbitration or a court.

Can UK players use Rivo casino?

No. Clause 3.1.2 of the terms says you may not register or use the service if you live in, or access the site from, the United Kingdom, and the KYC policy also names the United Kingdom as restricted for proof-of-address checks. Rivo has no licence from the UK Gambling Commission, which an operator needs to offer gambling to people in Great Britain.

On 29 October 2026, rivo.casino showed a Cloudflare "Sorry, you have been blocked" page to our UK connection, even in an ordinary browser window, while the numbered mirror rivo1.casino loaded on the same connection. Our normal connection from Georgia, which is not on the restricted list in the terms, was blocked on both addresses, so we cannot say the block targets the UK alone. Whichever address loads, the terms still exclude UK residents and UK access. Clause 3.4.13 also prohibits using a VPN or proxy to mask your location, and clause 17.3 lets Rivo block the account and forfeit all balances for that. Our VPN use was limited to reading public pages; we did not register or gamble.

The sign-up form's country list includes the United Kingdom, but that does not override the terms, and the site offers no pound sterling. This Rivo review is written for readers outside the UK. Rivo welcome bonus: 1000% over eight deposits

The Rivo welcome bonus comes in three separate packages, for slots, live casino and sports. The headline slots package, 1000% up to €10,000, is the total of eight deposit bonuses, each shown with 10x wagering:

The live package is 300% up to €2,250 over three deposits (100% up to €500, €750 and €1,000) with 25x wagering, and the sports package is 325% up to €1,750 over three deposits (100% up to €500, 125% up to €500 and 100% up to €750) with 5x wagering. None of the packages includes Rivo free spins: they are deposit matches only. The panels do not show a minimum deposit or an offer-specific expiry. Clause 3.5.5 lets Rivo remove bonus amounts left unused for one month, which is not the same as a wagering deadline; we did not open an account to see further conditions.

Rivo wagering requirements

The offer panels show "Wager: 10x" without defining the base. The general FAQ describes wagering as betting "your bonus" a set number of times, but we could not confirm that this is the binding calculation for these offers. The general terms make every deposit bonus "sticky": your deposit and the bonus both go into the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. If you cancel before wagering starts, the deposit goes back to your cash balance.

• Maximum bet with an active bonus: €10; larger bets can forfeit winnings
• Default win and withdrawal caps: 25 times a deposit bonus, or 10 times a sports bonus, unless specific terms say otherwise
• Sports bets, table games such as roulette, sic bo and baccarat, live casino and video poker do not count towards wagering
• A long list of restricted titles, including Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck 2, Blood Suckers, Mega Joker, Aviator, Plinko and Chicken Road
• Buying bonus features or free spins inside a game with an active bonus is prohibited
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, and wagering ends if your balance falls to €0.20

The rules conflict for the live and sports packages. Clause 7.15 says the live casino bonus is "strictly for use on live casino games" and the sports bonus is for sports betting only, yet clauses 7.6 and 7.10 say live casino games and sports bets are restricted while a bonus is active and do not count towards wagering. Ask support in writing how the 25x live bonus and the 5x sports bonus are cleared before claiming either.

Rivo bonus code, cashback and no deposit bonus

No Rivo bonus code appeared on the promotions page or in the offer panels on 29 October 2026; each offer has a Claim button instead. Treat any Rivo promo code you see on another website with caution and check it against Rivo's own promotions page.

Weekly reload offers

Rivo lists weekly reloads for each product. The slots package, advertised as 400% up to €6,500, is three named offers: Loot Run Monday (100% up to €2,000), Hidden Trail Wednesday (100% up to €2,500) and Fortune Vault Friday (200% up to €2,000), all with 10x wagering. Live players get Live Foxfire Thursday (100% up to €500) and Live Gold Rush Weekend (100% up to €1,000) at 25x, and sports bettors get Sports Fortune Weekend (100% up to €500) at 7x. The same sticky-bonus rules apply.

Rivo no deposit bonus and free spins

We found no no-deposit offer on the promotions page. The general terms still set a default for one: winnings are capped at 10 times a no-deposit bonus, unless its own terms say otherwise, and at least one successful deposit is needed before withdrawing them. We also found no Rivo free spins offer among the current promotions.

Rivo cashback

Rivo cashback is reserved for VIP customers, according to the homepage, and the banner artwork shows "25% Cashback". We found no VIP page or public terms confirming who qualifies, which losses count, any cap or any wagering, so it is unclear how the advertised 25% applies. Do not count on cashback when deciding whether to deposit.

Rivo withdrawal time, limits and payment methods

Rivo payments run in the currency you register with. The registration form we captured showed euros; the site's country data also contains Australian and Canadian dollars and Polish zloty, which does not confirm they are available or that those countries are eligible (Australia is barred by the terms). We found no pound sterling. The homepage banner shows Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay icons, the footer shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Giropay and crypto logos, and the FAQ mentions cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies. The Rivo minimum deposit depends on the method and is shown only in the cashier, which needs an account.

The Rivo withdrawal time we can report is the terms' "typically within three banking days"; we did not test a payout. The bigger constraint is the Rivo payout cap: a large win of €10,000 would take at least ten daily withdrawals at the €1,000 limit and would use the full monthly allowance. The €100,000 daily win cap means any winnings above it are removed.

Each Rivo withdrawal goes back through the currency you played in, and deposits must come from accounts in your own name; deposits from third-party or business accounts can be voided along with their winnings. For crypto, the terms tell you not to reuse an old deposit address without checking with support first, because wallet addresses change and funds sent to an old one may be lost.

Refunds are limited and discretionary. The refund policy, dated 2 July 2026, allows case-by-case consideration of unused deposits made in error because of a technical or banking issue, duplicate transactions caused by a system malfunction, and promptly reported unauthorised transactions on a compromised account. Requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction, and Rivo may take up to 7 business days to investigate and respond, with payment-provider time added if a refund is approved. Lost bets, unmet wagering and dissatisfaction with results are not refunded.

Rivo games: slots and live casino

Rivo games are listed in a catalogue whose lobby data reported 3,736 casino entries and 97 live casino entries on 29 October 2026; we could not check that they are playable. The casino lobby's provider filter has 65 entries, a few of which, such as Roulette, Keno, Bingo and Table Games, are game types rather than studios.

Rivo slots

We could read 2,880 of the 3,736 casino entries before the site limited our requests. In that sample, Rivo slots and other casino entries were most often labelled Amusnet (342), Play'n GO (283), Novomatic (189), Amatic (174), Playson (143), Hacksaw Gaming (137), 3 Oaks (134), PG Soft (126) and Microgaming titles (108), with Aristocrat, IGT, Konami, Merkur and Scientific Games also listed. Pragmatic Play does not appear in the casino lobby.

Games could not be opened without an account: all seven game pages we checked showed "One step away from the game! Log in or sign up to start playing". Because we did not register, we could not check which versions of these games run or their RTP settings. The footer claims every slot is "RTP certified", but the fairness page describes random number generators and hashing in general terms without naming a testing laboratory.

Rivo live casino

The Rivo live casino is much smaller. Its 97 entries are spread across 12 providers, led by JackTop and BetGames.TV (14 each), 7Mojos Live (11), Yeebet (9) and Vimplay Live (8), with Iconic21, LuckyStreak, Winfinity Live, XPG, Vivo and Absolute making up most of the rest. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live were not listed in the live lobby we captured. Tables include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, dragon tiger and poker.

Rivo sports betting and prediction markets

Rivo sports betting is embedded from a third-party sportsbook platform. On 29 October 2026 we opened that frame separately, outside the Rivo site, and it listed 1,420 football events, 206 ice hockey, 196 table tennis, 195 tennis and 146 basketball events, 135 events in play, and smaller sections from cricket, darts, golf and MMA to esports such as Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2 and Valorant. It also had novelty sections for politics, the Oscars and television shows. These counts are a snapshot of the platform's frame, not confirmed availability in a Rivo account.

A Predictions tab opens a prediction-markets page in the same sportsbook. When we opened it, it showed only the sports menu, so we could not see which prediction markets are offered or how they are settled.

Rivo bet builder and cash out

The sportsbook page source contains bet-builder and cash-out text strings, but we did not see these controls in the interface we captured or test either feature. Rivo's sportsbook rules, the PDF linked in its footer, say cashout is offered "for some markets", is not offered on two-way markets where an outcome you cannot bet on returns stakes at odds of 1, and can be cancelled at any time without notice, so treat Rivo cash out as optional rather than guaranteed.

Clause 2.2 of the sportsbook rules requires deposits to be wagered three times unless otherwise specified; only accepted and settled winning or losing bets count, not cancelled or refunded ones. This differs from the at-least-once wording in the general terms, and we could not establish which applies to a given account, so confirm the deposit-turnover rule in writing before depositing.

The sports bonus has its own rules: each qualifying single bet needs decimal odds of at least 1.80, the default win and withdrawal cap is 10 times the bonus unless specific terms say otherwise, and the bonus cannot be used on casino games. The sportsbook rules also set a three-day deadline after a bet is calculated for claims and disputes. Rivo sign up, login and customer service

The Rivo sign up form asks for an email address, a password, your first and last name, phone number, date of birth, country, postcode and currency, and a tick confirming you are over 18 and accept the terms and privacy policy. The homepage promises you can "start playing in less than 1 minute". We inspected the form but did not submit it, because the terms exclude UK residents. Before using the Rivo register form, check that your country is not on the restricted list.

Rivo can ask for identity documents at any time, and full KYC is compulsory once your lifetime deposits pass €2,000, when you request any withdrawal, or if a transaction looks suspicious. Rivo may ask for photo ID, a selfie holding the ID, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months. Its general KYC policy says reviews are typically completed within 48 hours. The separate sportsbook rules allow document checks of up to 30 days and checks of bets of up to 180 days, with account access restricted while checks are pending, and they also allow phone or video verification. Clause 1.7 says funds will be retained if the operator cannot reach the player by email or phone within two weeks, and clause 1.8 treats failure to act on a verification request within two weeks of the first email as refusal and allows bets to be declared invalid. These are the operator's stated conditions, not timings we tested or a finding that the clauses are enforceable. Only one account per person is allowed, and employees of Rivo and its service providers may not play.

Rivo casino login

The Log In button sits at the top right of every page. Because Rivo uses numbered mirror addresses such as rivo1.casino, check the address carefully before entering a password, and do not trust login links from unofficial sites.

Rivo customer service

Rivo customer service is available 24/7 through live chat and at [email protected], with complaints handled at [email protected]. The site has 12 language options, including English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Polish. We did not contact support, so we cannot comment on response times.

Is there a Rivo app?

We did not find a Rivo app. Two UK App Store searches on 29 October 2026 returned no app from the casino, only unrelated apps using the Rivo name, and we did not check Android or other countries' stores. The public site does not advertise an app or a web-app download either.

The FAQ says the Rivo mobile site works on smartphones and tablets in the browser. We did not test the Rivo mobile experience on a phone. Avoid APK files offered by other websites as casino apps.

Self-exclusion and safer gambling at Rivo

The responsible gaming page lists a cool-down period of 1 to 48 hours, deposit and betting limits for periods from 24 hours to one week (which you can lower but not raise during the period), loss limits and session time limits. We did not check whether these can be set inside an account or only through support.

To self-exclude, email [email protected] from your registered email address. Rivo says the exclusion takes effect only when its confirmation email arrives, and requests made in live chat are not processed, so use blocking tools while you wait. Exclusion can be for a set period, with a minimum of one day, or indefinite; an indefinite exclusion can be reopened on request, and Rivo says it may refuse without giving a reason, so it is not an irreversible block. The page also mentions a Curaçao eGaming self-exclusion form with a six-month minimum, which does not match the Anjouan licence on the register.

The documents conflict on your balance. The responsible gaming page tells players to settle pending bets and withdraw their balance before self-excluding, while the terms say withdrawals are unavailable during self-exclusion and open bets stay active, with winnings withdrawable after the period ends. Do not delay stopping in order to clear bets; ask support about the balance in writing. Closing an account is different again: even a permanent closure can be reopened on request after 30 days.

Rivo shares its Anjouan licence with 20 other casino domains, all listed under Exceptiosoft LTD on the register. On 29 October 2026 we opened each one from a UK connection in an ordinary browser window:

• Rapter, Trixino, Chanze and Winzter loaded and showed a similar layout and the same footer slogan as Rivo
• Fourteen, including 777seven.casino, slottio.io, spinwin.to, winstlercasino.io, wildzycasino.io, luckicasino.io, jinx-casino.io and casineia.to, showed a Cloudflare block page
• One stayed on a security check, and gambleton.com had a certificate that did not match its address

These Rivo sister sites share the licence holder named on the register for the casino in this Rivo review. A similar layout does not establish identical bonuses, restrictions, self-exclusion coverage or complaint handling, which we did not compare across the brands. These are different types of offer, so the headline alone is not enough to compare them. Before you sign up, check each casino's current licensing, country restrictions, eligibility, wagering, expiry and maximum bet; a site loading from the UK does not by itself mean you can register or withdraw.

Our view of Rivo casino

Our Rivo review found a large casino catalogue and separate welcome packages for slots, live casino and sports. The slots offers advertise 10x wagering, but we could not confirm the calculation base.

For UK readers it is not an option: the terms exclude UK residents and UK access, and Rivo has no UK licence. Elsewhere, the points to weigh are a licence confirmed only by the register, documents that still refer to Curaçao, withdrawals capped at €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month, a €100,000 daily win cap, bonus rules that conflict for live and sports, broad cash-confiscation clauses and limited stated protection for balances, sportsbook checks lasting up to 180 days and verification-related funds-retention clauses, and a live lobby without Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live.

Practical tip: if you play from a country Rivo accepts, check the Anjouan register entry, ask support in writing how your bonus is wagered before claiming it, and plan withdrawals around the daily and monthly limits.

How we reviewed Rivo

This Rivo casino review is a desk review. On 29 October 2026 we read Rivo's public pages through a UK VPN connection (Manchester) in an ordinary, visible browser window: the terms, KYC, AML, privacy, refund, dispute, fairness and responsible gaming pages, the FAQ, the promotions page and its offer panels, and the casino and live casino lobbies. The main rivo.casino address showed a block page on that connection, so the pages and screenshots come from the rivo1.casino mirror. Plain HTTP requests were refused, and our normal connection from Georgia was blocked on both addresses. We opened the third-party sportsbook frame separately from Georgia and did not verify betting features or prediction-market settlement in an account. On 30 October 2026 we also obtained Rivo's own sportsbook rules PDF from the footer-linked address on rivo1.casino through the UK connection and reviewed its general verification, withdrawal and dispute conditions as well as the cashout wording in clause 2.8.

We also checked the Anjouan Gaming register (29 October 2026), the UK Gambling Commission register downloads (29 October, no match for Rivo or Exceptiosoft), Trustpilot, Casino Guru and the UK App Store, and opened Rivo's 20 sister domains from the UK.
