The licence and the operator

The terms name Onimim LTD, registered in Comoros under company number 15765, as the owner, and mention a Cyprus company in Nicosia as a service facilitator in some countries, although the company's name is missing from that sentence. The terms are governed by Anjouan law. The register remains the reference for the licence, because the seal that would link to the regulator's validation page is not shown to UK visitors. CleanWins Trustpilot reviews and complaints

On Trustpilot, the cleanwins.com profile was unclaimed and had a single review when we checked on 27 October 2026. That review, posted by a UK reviewer on 30 September 2026, said the promotions "trick you into depositing" and that withdrawing was "almost impossible". One review is far too few to judge a casino by, and Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews.

CleanWins complaints go to customer service. For bet-settlement complaints it intends to respond within 28 days, with escalation to management and then arbitration if they stay unresolved, and disputes about a wager must be raised within three days of it being decided. The terms do not name an independent dispute service. We found no UKGC-approved dispute route for CleanWins; unlicensed gambling can be reported to the Gambling Commission, but it does not resolve individual disputes.

Can UK players use CleanWins?

CleanWins casino's public pages returned offers in pounds to a UK connection on 27 October 2026, and its site configuration blocks only the USA. It has no licence from the UK Gambling Commission, though, and the Anjouan validator lists the UK as an excluded territory. A page loading from the UK does not on its own mean you can register and withdraw.

The point to check first is verification. The KYC policy makes full checks compulsory before any withdrawal, or once lifetime deposits pass €5,000, and asks for photo ID, a selfie holding the ID and a recent bank statement or utility bill. Its list of restricted countries for those documents includes the United Kingdom, alongside Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the USA. On the published rules, UK documents do not meet those criteria and we found no published exception, so get written confirmation from support before your first deposit.

The technical country-block setting is not the whole eligibility policy: the terms also ban VPNs and proxies that hide a player's location. We used a UK VPN only to read the public pages, not to register or play.

Without a UK licence, the protections of UKGC-licensed casinos do not apply. If you forget the code, the terms say to contact support before placing any bet. Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player, and no withdrawal can be requested while a bonus is active. Clause 26.9 says leaving a campaign or failing its withdrawal requirements forfeits bonus money and real-money winnings, while clause 26.13 mentions only the bonus being voided, so do not assume that cancelling a bonus keeps your winnings.

Using the published rules, a £100 first deposit gives this worked example. It shows the turnover required, not an expected profit or a guaranteed cashout.

The maximum bet falls on smaller deposits: on a £20 deposit the bonus is £40, so the cap is £2 a spin and the wagering is £2,400. Cashback is a rebate on money already lost, not a reason to keep playing. The terms also let CleanWins change or cancel any promotion at its discretion.

We did not inspect a signed-in CleanWins casino cashier, so we could not verify which methods, minimums or account fees apply to a UK account. The promotions name Open Banking (instant bank transfer), and the terms describe card deposits through third-party processors. Most deposit fees are absorbed by CleanWins, according to the terms, but your bank's charges and any currency conversion are yours. A chargeback can cost a €50 administration fee, and the terms limit the operator's total liability to you to the stakes involved or £500, whichever is lower. The CleanWins live casino sits in its own "Live Dealers" area. Live games count 0% towards bonus wagering, so they suit cash play rather than clearing a bonus, and the separate live casino cashback returns 5% of net weekend live casino losses, up to £200. We could not see which live studios are in the lobby.

CleanWins sign up, login and verification

Select the CleanWins Register button in the header of the public pages we captured. The site configuration uses your email address as the account identifier; we did not test the registration form. The terms allow one account per person, household, address, payment account and IP address, so a shared home or device can cause problems.

Full verification is compulsory before any withdrawal and once lifetime deposits pass €5,000. The KYC policy asks for:

Our UK App Store and Google Play searches on 27 October 2026 found no matching CleanWins app. We did not test the CleanWins mobile experience or gameplay in a phone browser, so avoid APK files or third-party apps that claim to represent the casino.

Self-exclusion and safer gambling at CleanWins

The responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion for at least three months and a 7-day cooling-off period, both requested through customer support, and lists Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare. It does not describe deposit or loss limits in the account.

The general terms differ from that page: they allow a minimum of 24 hours, up to ten business days for CleanWins to act, and reversal on request. They require an email to [email protected] that expressly asks for full self-exclusion and states its duration, and say an incorrectly worded request need not be treated as self-exclusion. Clause 6.9.7 also refers to an account with an undefined "adequate balance"; do not deposit to meet that wording.
