Is Zizobet legit and safe?

Zizobet holds a Curaçao licence. The seal in its footer links to a certificate on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, which on 20 October 2026 listed Zizobet under licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, held by Santeda International B.V., granted on 14 August 2024 and marked active. Licence and operator

Santeda International B.V. is registered in Curaçao, with a Cyprus company in Limassol acting as payment agent, and runs Cosmobet and Velobet under the same licence. The certificate cites the current National Ordinance on Games of Chance, while Zizobet's terms still name the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and the older ordinance; the licence number matches in both. What a Curaçao licence means for UK players

A Curaçao licence does not bring UK rules. For operators licensed in Great Britain, bonus wagering has been capped at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026, and online slot stakes are limited to £5 a spin for players aged 25 or over and £2 for those aged 18 to 24, limits that took effect in April and May 2025. Zizobet's terms provide neither protection. The CGA's player complaints policy lets players complain within six months of the bet's settlement or the incident complained of and requires operators to name an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, while the CGA itself does not decide individual disputes. Zizobet's terms name no ADR provider: unresolved complaints go from support to [email protected] and then, in the terms' words, to an independent body or the licensing regulator, and the terms specify the courts of Curaçao. We have not verified an independent escalation route.

Zizobet reviews and Trustpilot feedback

Zizobet's Trustpilot profile, captured on 20 October 2026, had 125 reviews, and Zizobet had replied to 79% of the negative ones. The positive reviews mention quick payouts and a wide choice of games. The negative ones mention wagering that had to be completed before a withdrawal, accounts held during verification and promotions that felt unfair once the terms applied. These are reviewers' own accounts rather than established findings, and we cannot judge the cause or outcome of individual cases.

Can UK players use Zizobet?

No. When we visited from a UK connection on 21 October 2026, Zizobet redirected to an "Access Restricted In Your Region" page that named the location as the United Kingdom and marked it "Restricted". UK visitors cannot use the site, whatever its terms say.

Its terms are less clear-cut. They bar residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries, and they let the operator refuse any other country. Separate terms prohibit payments to Russian and Belarusian users and say their accounts will be closed on identification, with remaining balances kept by the operator. The UK is not on the restricted list, GBP is a listed currency and Mastercard's supported countries include the United Kingdom. A separate bonus clause excludes Thailand, Japan and Finland from the welcome offers.

None of that amounts to authorisation. A Curaçao licence does not permit an operator to offer online gambling to consumers in Great Britain, and we found no UK Gambling Commission licence for Zizobet or Santeda International. We did not attempt registration, deposits or withdrawals. Suspected unlicensed gambling can be reported to the Gambling Commission.

Zizobet says it uses geolocation, IP-masking detection and device checks, and its terms set different closure and balance consequences for restricted users, including a possible 20% deduction when refunding Georgian deposits. Do not use a VPN to get round the block. The offers in this review were captured from a non-UK connection and shown in euros.

Zizobet welcome bonuses: casino and sport

Zizobet runs separate welcome packages for casino, sport, crypto, esports and virtual sports. Casino offers must be activated before the qualifying deposit and any bet; the sport terms only say before betting, so confirm the steps before paying in. One bonus can be active at a time, and offers cannot be combined.

Casino welcome bonus

The casino package is headlined as 550% up to €5,300 plus up to 900 free spins. The 550% is four separate match rates added together, not one match on a single deposit:

Reaching the full €5,300 needs €3,800 of deposits at the top of each band. The bands overlap at exactly €500, and the fourth deposit's published band starts at €500, so a smaller fourth deposit may not qualify. The 900 spins combine 200 deposit spins, 100 Daily Login Gift spins (a first deposit of at least €20, completed identity and email verification, and five consecutive daily claims) and up to 600 Daily Deposit Gift spins. The Daily Deposit Gift runs for five consecutive days after a qualifying first deposit and a slots bet, and its 600-spin maximum needs deposits of at least €100 on each of days 1 to 4, at least €50 on day five and at least €1,000 across the promotion. Its stated €5 entry threshold conflicts with the general €10 minimum, and we did not verify how the five-day schedule overlaps with the four welcome deposits. Spins expire after 24 hours, and spin winnings are capped at €100.

Sport welcome bonus and free bets

The sport package is headlined as up to €3,000 plus up to 150 free bets. Its tiers set out 150% up to €1,000 on the first deposit (from €10, with 50 free spins) and 150% up to €1,000 on the second (from €500). Those tiers total €2,000, which conflicts with the €3,000 headline, and the deposit cards promise 20 free bets on the first four deposits while the text says 15, without stating their value. We could not establish the full entitlement from the published terms, so ask support to confirm it in writing. Wagering is 15 times the deposit plus bonus within 30 days, on stakes of €5 to €1,000 with at least three selections at odds of 1.30 or more each. Outrights, horse racing and greyhound racing do not count. Free bets expire after 24 hours, pay winnings only and are capped at 15 times the free-bet amount. Cancelling this bonus can also deduct the amounts bet from your balance, and the calculation is not explained.

Wagering requirements and bonus terms

The casino bonus has a five-day wagering deadline. Wagering is 30 times the deposit plus the bonus, and the maximum bet while wagering is €5. A €100 deposit with a 100% match gives €200 in the account and €6,000 of turnover to complete, which is at least 1,200 spins at the maximum stake within five days. If the time runs out, the bonus and any winnings made since activation are removed. Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 10 times the deposit that triggered it, so €1,000 in that example. Ten named slots do not count towards wagering. Cancellation is requested through live chat. The terms say the bonus, its winnings and the amounts wagered are deducted from the account balance, where cash and bonus funds are merged; the calculation is unclear, so do not assume cancelling preserves your deposit.

Zizobet promo codes and no deposit bonus

Do you need a Zizobet promo code?

None of the welcome offers we checked asked for a code. You select and activate the offer instead, as described above. We found no published welcome-offer code in the captured promotions. Zizobet's promotions FAQ mentions codes being entered during deposit, but we did not verify a code-entry field or an account-specific offer. Treat codes published by third parties as unverified until Zizobet confirms their terms.

Is there a Zizobet no deposit bonus?

We found no unconditional sign-up gift. The closest offer is a social media giveaway. Its detailed terms advertise 30 free spins for following Zizobet on Discord, X and Telegram, credited within 24 hours once participation is checked, with no deposit requirement stated, although the promotions list describes it as 10 spins. The spin value, eligible games and any wagering on the winnings were not confirmed, and withdrawals from the winnings are capped at €100. Free play is limited too: the Viper Royale game page displayed "Game Not Available In Demo, Please sign in to play this game", which does not tell you whether other games offer a demo mode.

Zizobet payment methods and withdrawal times

Zizobet's FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Interac and Neosurf where available, alongside the main cryptocurrencies, and says the choice depends on your country. The cashier is behind the login, so we could not see which methods a UK account is offered. Deposits start at €10 or the equivalent, and they must come from payment accounts in your own name.

Withdrawal times and limits

Zizobet states a processing period of up to three banking days. That is not a confirmed arrival time: identity checks and the payment provider can add time, and we did not test a withdrawal. Its FAQ describes e-wallets and crypto as usually the quickest, without giving method-specific times, and withdrawals generally return to the method you deposited with. How crypto withdrawals are valued against the weekly cap was not confirmed.

Fees to avoid

The terms contain separate charges. Clause 12.14 allows a 20% deduction from a withdrawal if the deposit has not been wagered once, and clause 10.8 allows transaction costs where your bets since the last deposit total less than three times that deposit. Clause 11.5 also mentions a 1x wagering requirement "with a coefficient of 1.3" without explaining how it applies. If you want to withdraw money you have not played, ask support for a written fee calculation first. Do not gamble further just to avoid a charge.

Zizobet for crypto players: crypto bonus and cashback

Zizobet runs a separate set of crypto offers. Its cashier directory showed Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether (USDT on ERC-20); the terms list more coins that did not appear as channels. If you are new to the Bitcoin network, remember that a crypto balance can change in value while it sits in an account, and that a transfer sent to the wrong address cannot be reversed.

Crypto welcome bonus

The Crypto Casino Bonus is headlined as 630% up to €6,060 plus up to 1,000 free spins; like the casino package, the 630% adds four separate match rates. The matches run higher than the standard package (150% or 170%, 130% or 170%, 120%, then 170% on a fourth deposit of €500 to €1,000), and the €6,060 maximum again needs €3,800 of deposits. The deposit cards promise 75 spins per deposit while the terms underneath say 50, which puts the package at 1,000 or 900 spins with the daily gifts included; the published terms do not resolve this. Wagering is the same as the casino bonus: 30 times deposit plus bonus within 5 days at a maximum €5 bet, the daily gifts carry the same conditions, and cancelling also deducts wagered amounts from the merged balance. A separate crypto sports promotion also has headline and tier figures that do not match, including its money cap, free bets and spins, so we would not rely on its headline.

How the crypto cashback works

The 10% Crypto Cashback advertises bonus credit equal to 10% of eligible monthly losses from crypto deposits. With €1,000 of qualifying losses and no other bonus adjustment, its own example gives €100; other bonuses reduce the calculation, but the exact formula is not explained. You request it from support within the first five days of the following month, and the promotion says it is credited by the 10th. It arrives as a bonus with 30x wagering, a €5 maximum bet and a withdrawal cap of 5 times the cashback, playable on slots, live casino, mini games or sport (two or more selections at 1.65 or higher).

Never share a wallet: if two or more players use the same payment account or crypto wallet, every account can be closed and winnings cancelled, with deposits returned minus 20%, or seized if requested details are not supplied within seven days.

Zizobet casino games: slots, live dealer and mini games

The catalogue is large, but we did not test game availability from the UK. The game-template data captured on 20 October 2026 recorded 9,863 slot entries and 535 live-casino entries, from 109 provider labels across the whole catalogue. Search and category filters are the practical way through a library this size.

Slots

Pragmatic Play is the largest supplier with 655 slot entries, followed by Spinomenal (596), Fazi (335), BGaming (290), TaDa Gaming (288), Yggdrasil (285) and Hacksaw Gaming (256). NetEnt and Play'n GO had no games in the catalogue we captured, although Zizobet's FAQ mentions Play'n GO, and the privacy policy's NetEnt section lists the UK as a restricted territory for NetEnt games. While a bonus is active, the €5 maximum bet applies and ten slots do not count towards wagering.

Live casino

The 535 live-casino entries come mainly from Evolution (128), Pragmatic Play Live (121) and Playtech Live (100), with smaller numbers from Iconic21, SA Gaming, Winfinity and others. These are catalogue entries, and some may be variants rather than separate tables. The categories cover roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, sic bo and game shows, with titles such as Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time.

Mini games

The Mini Games page groups 27 quick-round titles such as JetX, Aviamasters, Mines, Limbo XY and Chicken Race. These games allow rapid repeated betting, so set a time and spending limit before you start. Zizobet also runs slot tournaments: Golden October, scheduled to end on 30 October 2026, advertised a $69,000 prize pool, while its place bands totalled $4,150 in cash prizes and 16,000 free spins. The spin value was not explained, so we could not reconcile the headline. Tournament cash bonuses can be withdrawn up to 5 times the bonus, and free-spin winnings are capped at $100.

Zizobet sportsbook and esports betting

The sportsbook shares the casino balance. Zizobet's FAQ advertises more than 50 sports with pre-match and in-play markets, and the pre-match sports feed captured on 20 October 2026 listed 42 categories, including football, basketball, tennis, rugby, ice hockey and cricket. Cash Out is offered on most ticket types, but not on system bets, odds above 8.0, accumulators of more than seven events, free bets, Bet Builder tickets or tickets changed with Replace, and the operator can switch it off at any time. Bet Builder combines up to 10 markets from one event. Remove costs 10% of the current stake each time; the promotion says a selection can be removed before that event starts, but the sportsbook rules say before any game on the ticket starts, and we did not establish which applies. Replace swaps one selection once per ticket on pre-match events and needs at least two original events still to start; the new selection or selections must come from a different match with combined odds at least as high, and using Replace disables Cash Out. Multi Bet Boost pays free bets on accumulators of at least $20 with three or more selections at 1.50 or more, capped at $200 a day for winning or losing tickets and $400 for one leg short; Special Odds, Bet Builder and cashed-out tickets are excluded. The reward free bets expire after five days, need three or more selections at 1.30 or more, and their winnings are capped at 15 times the free-bet amount. The terms also let Zizobet void bets, including settled winners, if it suspects a fixed match, and limit stakes at any time.

Esports, virtual sports, racing and predictions

The esports feed on 20 October listed Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Mobile Legends and Overwatch, and the FAQ describes in-play betting and cash out on eligible esports markets. The FAQ also describes round-the-clock virtual football, horse racing, greyhounds and tennis, and horse and greyhound racing with live streams where the broadcaster allows. A Predictions item appears in the main menu; we did not verify its contents.

Zizobet login, verification and support

Signing up and logging in

The FAQ says registration takes under two minutes, with email confirmation; the homepage also offers Google sign-in. We did not test either. To log in, use the Log In button at the top of the site; the FAQ points to Forgot Password for a reset link. Check the address before entering your details: Zizobet's affiliate terms contemplate mirror websites, but they do not authenticate any particular alternative address. Zizobet allows one account per person, household or IP address, and duplicate accounts can all be closed and their winnings reclaimed.

Account verification (KYC)

Zizobet asks for a copy of your passport or ID and a proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than three months. Its policy gives a possible verification time of up to 48 hours after documents arrive; further checks can take longer. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, or a video check may be required, and the operator can ask for documents at any time. Some promotions, including the Daily Login Gift, need a verified account. The privacy policy allows sharing with group companies and service providers and keeps data for at least five years after the last transaction or account closure; the KYC policy separately keeps identification documents, transaction data and other records for at least ten years, without saying when that period starts. Closing an account does not mean immediate deletion.

Customer support

Live chat is advertised around the clock, and the FAQ says replies usually take about a minute; we did not test response times. For anything that needs a record, email [email protected], and send formal complaints to [email protected]. No telephone number was published on the pages we checked. Keep copies of messages and transaction references in case a complaint needs to go further.

Zizobet app and mobile casino

Zizobet describes its mobile service as a browser site, and its FAQ says there is no app to install. The promotion it calls the Zizobet app explains how to add the site to your home screen: in Safari, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen; in Chrome, use the menu's Add to Home Screen or Install App option. We did not test installation, full-screen behaviour or the logged-in mobile cashier.

No official store listing or downloadable APK was identified on Zizobet's site. Avoid app files whose publisher you cannot verify, because they can expose your phone and your login details.

Self-exclusion and safer gambling at Zizobet

Zizobet's responsible gaming page lists account limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, but it does not explain which limits are available, how long they last or how increases are handled, and we did not see the logged-in controls. A time-out is requested through support. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years and is also requested through support, stating the period you want, although the FAQ says the tools are in the account settings. The page names GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous as sources of help, and our responsible gambling guide covers setting a budget before a session and spotting when play has changed.

GamStop covers participating online operators licensed in Great Britain; it is not a block on every gambling site. Ask Zizobet for a separate exclusion, and ask it to confirm in writing whether the exclusion also covers Cosmobet and Velobet, which share its operator. Terms worth reading before you play

A few clauses deserve attention before any deposit. The maximum win on a single bet or spin is the crypto equivalent of €100,000, jackpots aside. Zizobet can close an account at its discretion and return the balance minus withdrawal charges, and deposits returned on termination can carry a 20% administrative fee. Bonus abuse is defined broadly, with zero tolerance for advantage play. In a dispute, the operator's server logs are the final record.

Zizobet sister sites and how they compare

Cosmobet and Velobet are Zizobet's sister sites. The CGA certificates for all three domains, checked on 20 October 2026, name Santeda International B.V. and the same licence, OGL/2024/1798/1048. A sister site shares the operator, so it is not an independent route for complaints and does not change the UK licensing position. Cosmobet and Velobet also showed UK visitors an access-restricted page on 21 October 2026. These are published terms, not verified UK account offers. We have not yet reviewed Velobet's current terms, so it is not included in the comparison.

Our view of Zizobet

Zizobet offers a very large catalogue, a full sportsbook and crypto payments in one account, and its Curaçao licence is active. Its website blocks UK visitors and it is not authorised to serve Great Britain, so it is not an option for readers in the UK. Its casino bonuses are hard to clear in five days, several headline offers do not match their own terms, and the withdrawal caps will matter to anyone who wins large sums.

How we reviewed Zizobet

We read Zizobet's public terms, promotion pages, verification and privacy policies, responsible gaming page and FAQ, the captured catalogue data and the CGA certificate, along with its Trustpilot profile, all on 20 October 2026. The pages were captured from a Georgian IP address, and Georgia is a restricted country in Zizobet's terms. A check from a UK connection on 21 October 2026 showed the access-restricted page. We did not test UK registration, a real-money deposit or withdrawal, support response times or the mobile site, and offers shown in euros do not establish UK eligibility or amounts in pounds.
