Is Cosmobet legit and safe?

Cosmobet holds a Curaçao licence. Its footer seal opens a certificate on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, which on 20 October 2026 listed Cosmobet under licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, held by Santeda International B.V. since 14 August 2024 and marked active. Licence and operator

Santeda International B.V. (Curaçao company 151296, with a payment agent in Limassol, Cyprus) also runs Zizobet and Velobet under the same licence. Cosmobet's terms were updated on 5 May 2026, yet its footer still cites the 1993 offshore ordinance rather than the current National Ordinance on Games of Chance named on the certificate. On fairness, Cosmobet says its random number generators were tested and certified by a licensed laboratory, which it does not name.

What a Curaçao licence means for UK players

The Curaçao licence brings duties, such as certified games and a complaints procedure, but not UK rules. For operators licensed in Great Britain, bonus wagering has been capped at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026, and online slot stakes are limited to £5 a spin for players aged 25 or over and £2 for those aged 18 to 24, limits that took effect in April and May 2025. Cosmobet's published terms do not provide those protections. Complaints go to [email protected], and Cosmobet's terms set a two-month deadline, although the CGA's player complaints policy allows complaints within six months of the bet's settlement or the incident complained of. The CGA requires operators to name an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, but Cosmobet's terms name none, and the CGA itself accepts reports without deciding individual disputes; we did not verify an independent escalation route. Cosmobet reviews: Trustpilot and complaints

Cosmobet's Trustpilot profile, claimed since November 2023 and captured on 20 October 2026, had 371 reviews, and Cosmobet had replied to 97% of the negative ones. Positive reviewers mention fast withdrawals, easy verification and sports odds; negative ones describe wagering blocking withdrawals, closed accounts and deposits that did not appear or were declined. These are reviewers' own accounts, not established findings.

Can UK players use Cosmobet?

No. When we visited from a UK connection on 21 October 2026, Cosmobet redirected to an "Access Restricted In Your Region" page that named the location as the United Kingdom and marked it "Not supported". UK visitors cannot use the site, whatever its terms say.

Its terms are less clear-cut. They refuse players from Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries, and the operator can refuse others at its discretion. The United Kingdom is not on that list, GBP is among the accepted currencies, and a separate bonus clause excludes only Thailand, Finland and Japan from the welcome offers.

That is not the same as permission to serve the UK. An operator needs a UK Gambling Commission licence to provide online gambling to consumers in Great Britain, and we found no such licence for Cosmobet or Santeda International. We did not attempt registration, payments or offers. Suspected unlicensed gambling can be reported to the Gambling Commission, although it cannot recover individual losses.

Cosmobet's anti-fraud checks look for geolocation and IP masking, and a breach can lead to a closed account, cancelled winnings and up to 50% of the remaining deposit kept as a termination fee. Do not use a VPN to get round the block. The offers in this review were captured from a non-UK connection.

New players choose one of three welcome offers: the casino package, the sports bonus or the crypto bonus. None of them needs a code. You deposit, then activate the offer under Profile → Bonuses before your first bet; a bet placed first forfeits it. Only one bonus can be active at a time.

The Cosmic Welcome Package is advertised as up to 400% plus up to 1,000 free spins. It is four separate 100% matches, each worth up to €/$/£500, so the most bonus money available is €/$/£2,000 across four deposits of 500 each. Amounts follow the offer's €/$/£ notation, and UK account amounts were not verified. Each deposit must be at least €/$/£20 and also earns free spins on the named game The Cosmobet Greatest Catch, each valued at $0.10:

The spins expire 24 hours after they are credited. The offer does not say what wagering or cashout cap applies to spin winnings, and the general terms overlap, so ask support in writing.

Sport welcome offer

The sports bonus is a single 150% match up to €/$/£1,000 on a first deposit of at least €/$/£20. Wagering is 15 times the deposit plus bonus within 30 days, on bets with at least three selections at odds of 1.30 or more, with a maximum stake of €/$/£1,000 while the bonus is active. Cashed-out and void bets do not count, and outrights, racing and (per a marketing page) player markets are excluded.

Crypto welcome bonus

A first crypto deposit can take a 200% match up to €/$/£1,000 instead, from a minimum of €/$/£20 or the crypto equivalent. The wagering is steeper: 35 times the deposit plus bonus within 7 days, on slots only, with a maximum bet of €/$/£5. Its terms say cancelling deducts the bonus, the winnings and all bets placed since activation, without explaining the calculation.

Wagering and maximum cashout

On the casino package, wagering is 30 times the deposit plus bonus within 7 days, on slots only, at no more than €/$/£5 a spin. In the same currency, a 100 deposit with its 100 match means 6,000 of turnover, or at least 1,200 spins at the maximum stake; turnover is not an extra deposit or a predicted loss. Your deposit moves into the bonus balance, and cancelling is not a cost-free way out: the general terms say the bonus and the profits made since activation are removed on cancellation or expiry, so ask support for the exact deduction first. Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 10 times the qualifying deposit. Ten named slots do not count towards wagering, and using a slot's bonus-buy feature to clear it is treated as abuse.

Codes appear on some reload offers and are entered in the My Gifts area. In the 20 October 2026 capture, the Double Drop promotion used AVALON50 on Tuesday deposits and WILD50 on Thursday deposits, each requiring a deposit of at least €/$/£50 for 50 free spins valued at €/$/£0.10. The promotion was scheduled to stop at 00:00 on 21 October, with no timezone stated. These are dated examples, so check the promotions page for current codes.

Promo codes for existing customers

Most ongoing rewards need no code. The Weekly Bet Boost adds 20% up to €/$/£200 on one deposit of at least €/$/£20 a week, with 10 times wagering on the deposit plus bonus within 15 days, on bets of two or more selections at 1.65 or higher; outrights, racing and player markets are excluded. Because the wagering is on deposit plus bonus, a 100-unit deposit and 20-unit bonus need 1,200 units of turnover, which is 60 times the bonus. The 3=4 offer calculates a free bet at 15% of three settled qualifying tickets, each staked at least €/$/£10 with three or more selections at odds of 1.30 or higher. It states a minimum reward of 10 and a maximum of 100, without explaining how the minimum applies when three minimum-stake tickets calculate to only 4.50. Single bets, system bets, free bets, outrights, cashed-out tickets and player markets are excluded, a ticket can count for only one promotion, and the free-bet stake is not returned with winnings.

Is there a Cosmobet no deposit bonus?

Yes, in a limited form. Cosmobet's Social Media Giveaway advertises 100 free spins on Mega Lucky Diamonds Hold And Win through two routes. One requires you to verify your email and complete ID verification, and states no deposit requirement. The other requires following Cosmobet on at least one of Discord, X or Telegram and submitting a valid bet or ticket number, so it involves a bet. For the social route, the bet reference goes through live chat, a social media administrator or a comment on the relevant post; the claim process for the verification route is not specified. Each spin is valued at $0.01, which gives $1 of play in total. The terms state 100x wagering and a €100 withdrawal cap, but do not explain what the wagering is calculated on, and we did not verify UK eligibility or redemption.

That makes it a heavily restricted promotional reward rather than withdrawable cash. Cosmobet's general terms call no-deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets "Company's Gifts" and cap withdrawals from no-deposit rewards at 100 euros or dollars. Treat no-deposit codes promoted elsewhere as unverified unless Cosmobet confirms their terms.

Cosmobet withdrawal times and payment methods

We could not verify the payment methods available to a UK account. Its terms refer players to support for country-specific methods, and the cashier is behind the login. The site's payment directory lists cards in GBP, e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller, and many cryptocurrencies, but a directory entry does not confirm what a UK account is offered. The verification guidance conflicts: the FAQ suggests cryptocurrency can be used before completing a profile, while the KYC policy requires identification before any financial transaction. We did not test either route, so do not assume crypto is exempt from verification. Deposits must come from accounts in your own name.

How long Cosmobet withdrawals take

The terms state a processing period of three banking days. They also allow withdrawals to be held for identity checks or investigations, and they give no method-specific arrival times. We did not test a payout. Payouts return through the method you deposited with.

Deposits, minimums and fees

Every deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn, and if your bets since the last deposit total less than three times that deposit, Cosmobet may charge the processing costs. Elsewhere the terms say withdrawals can be cancelled if deposits are not fully wagered. The refund policy excludes funds and associated bonuses already used in play. Requests go through live chat or [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction, or 30 days if someone else is alleged to have accessed the account, and refund costs can include an administrative fee of up to 20% plus processing fees. Deposit only what you intend to play with, and do not gamble further just to avoid a charge.

Crypto cashback

Players who deposit in crypto can claim cashback calculated as 10% of eligible net losses from that month's crypto deposits, with related bonuses already claimed deducted from the cashback amount. You request it by email to [email protected] within the first five days of the next month, and approved cashback is credited by the 10th. It arrives as bonus credit, with 30 times the cashback amount to wager within 7 days, a maximum stake of €/$/£5 and withdrawals capped at 5 times the cashback. These are catalogue counts, not a check that every game is playable from the UK. Cosmobet's privacy policy lists the UK among the territories where NetEnt games are restricted. For the standard casino welcome package, the maximum stake is €/$/£5 and ten named slots do not count towards wagering.

Live casino

The live-casino data recorded 611 game entries from 16 providers. Most come from the Evolution studio (127), Pragmatic Play (121) and Playtech Live (100), with others from Imagine Live, Iconic21, SA Gaming, Winfinity and further studios. Some entries may be variants of the same table rather than separate tables. The categories are roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows.

Mini games

The Mini Games menu lists 31 quick-round titles, including Aviamasters, JetX, FootballX, Mines, Limbo XY and Chicken Race. The Chicken Race promotion gives 10 free rounds for each completed €/$/£100 of qualifying bets, up to 50 rounds a day; losing bets count, but winning bets count only if settled at 1.50x or below, and the rounds are valued at €/$/£0.50 and credited at 12:00 UTC the next day. These games can involve rapid repeated betting, which makes a time or spending limit more important. Cosmobet's fairness page describes provable fairness, which lets a player check that a result was not changed after the bet, but it does not say which games use it.

Cosmobet sportsbook, esports and racing

The sportsbook feed captured on 20 October 2026 listed 42 sports and about 4,300 pre-match events, led by football (1,630), basketball (674), tennis (476), American football (373) and ice hockey (339), with live betting alongside. The rules describe Bet Builder with up to 10 markets from a single sport, without cash out. Cash Out is also restricted by ticket type, odds above 8.0, accumulators of more than seven events, free bets and live-market availability, and it can be suspended. Delete is available only before any event on the ticket starts and deducts 10% of the current stake each time, subject to further limits. Bets at odds below 1.30 may not count towards wagering. The European Cup 200% Express Bet returns a free bet of 20% to 200% of the stake when exactly one leg of a four- to eight-leg accumulator on eligible UEFA club competitions loses, with a $10 minimum stake, odds of 1.30 or more per selection and a cap of $200 a day.

Beyond the main sports, the feed listed esports including Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Overwatch and Mobile Legends, and the sports rules cover virtual football, basketball, tennis and racing, plus horse and greyhound racing. A Predictions item appears in the menu; we did not verify its contents.

Logging in from the UK

Registration asks for an email, a username and a password. To sign in, use Log In at the top of the site, or the Forgot Password? link beside it for a reset. Check the domain carefully, and contact support if a reset does not arrive or the account is restricted. Do not open a duplicate account or mask your location: Cosmobet allows one account per person, household or IP address. If access is blocked because of a self-exclusion, keep the exclusion in place.

Account verification (KYC)

Cosmobet asks for a copy of your passport or ID and a proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill, no older than six months. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, or a video check may follow. The published deadlines conflict: the general terms allow 30 days after a request, but the refund policy says certified documents are due within 5 days and threatens cancellation of all funds after that. Ask support to confirm in writing which deadline and documents apply. No verification turnaround time is published.

Live chat and support hours

The captured main-site support pages list live chat and email, both advertised around the clock, at [email protected]. Complaints go to [email protected] (the deadline conflict is explained above); [email protected] is listed for disputes, and [email protected] for cashback requests. No telephone contact or list of support languages appeared on those pages, and we did not test response times.

Cosmobet app and mobile site

No official app download or store link was found in the captured pages. Cosmobet's terms say it aims to provide its games across desktop and mobile devices, so on a phone you use the site in your browser; we did not test mobile gameplay, the cashier or live chat. If you want one-tap access, your browser's menu can add a shortcut to your home screen.

We could not verify an official Cosmobet APK. Avoid downloads whose publisher and authenticity you cannot establish, because they can expose your phone and your login details.

Self-exclusion and safer gambling at Cosmobet

Cosmobet's responsible gaming page advertises account limits but does not explain the settings or how increases are controlled, and we did not verify those controls. A time-out is requested through support and ends automatically; Cosmobet can lift one early on a written request, so if you need a firm break, choose self-exclusion. Terms worth reading before you play

A few clauses deserve a look before depositing. After 365 days without account access, Cosmobet may charge 5% of the balance recorded when dormancy began, capped at €20 a month; the percentage is not recalculated on the falling balance. The maximum win on a single bet or spin is €100,000, jackpots aside. If an account is closed over suspected fraud, deposits can be returned minus 20%, and the anti-fraud clause allows up to 50% of the remaining deposit to be kept. Continued use after a terms change counts as acceptance.

Our view of Cosmobet

Cosmobet combines a large live casino, a well-stocked sportsbook and a VIP club in one account, and its Curaçao licence is active. Its website blocks UK visitors and we found no UK Gambling Commission licence, so it is not an option for readers in the UK. Its casino bonuses need 30x to 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, its no-deposit giveaway is worth $1 in spins, and its terms carry conflicting document deadlines and discretionary fees.

How we reviewed Cosmobet

On 20 October 2026 we read Cosmobet's terms, promotions, policies and FAQ, its lobby counters and live-casino catalogue data, the CGA certificate and its Trustpilot profile. The pages were captured from a Georgian IP address, and Georgia is a restricted country in Cosmobet's terms. A check from a UK connection on 21 October 2026 showed the access-restricted page. We did not verify UK registration, UK-specific offers, the logged-in cashier, mobile functionality or a real-money payout, and published terms are the operator's claims rather than evidence that the service performed as promised.
